Object of the week: Dr. Pepper Cake by Cafe Valley. It's the beauty pictured just above and on the top of the post. I was sent a complimentary sample of this ring cake, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The Dr. Pepper was almost like a caramelized flavor, and the cake was extremely buttery. Try 'em out!

I am not vegan but I am intrigued by the many creative things that you can do with unexpected ingredients and flavors (coconut raspberry lime anyone?). Def worth checking out.
