Book of the week: Tiki Drinks: Tropical Cocktails for the Modern Bar. Because everyone loves the idea of mai tais and tropical drinks, but few people know what they actually are, much less how to make them. This book, written by Nicole of Baking Bites and her amazing partner, is absolutely delightful. It imparts tons of knowledge about the art of mixology, but given the subject matter, it's appropriately witty with clever / fanciful photos and tips on how to make cool cocktail garnishes!
